Just thinking of some excuses to go to sainsbobs other than a mounting pile of recycling, nectar had nothing interesting and nor had mycoupons.

Good morning folks. Not often that I am up and about at this time of day but I eventually got to local hospital to get my fasting blood tests done after my health check when my cholesterol was 7.77 ��. Fancy telling me I have to get there for 9 am, silly things, don't they know I don't do mornings unless it is dog rescue related lol

Anyway, that's now done and I wait one week for results. Came into town to return something to Superdrug and called into Greggs for free breakfast roll and black coffee. They kindly did me a salad roll instead of sausage or bacon

Into co-op that is now Budgeons next to see if they have sausages and that chicken snack for CoS (I get them for my friends). Hoping Budgeons is ok as says co-op on app but it has only just changed over

in waities they had a wooden trough type thing for £5, maybe a bit small though and a pack with cellophane,raffia,tags etc to make it up for £2.:)
