I remember one year when we were all waiting or our bodyshop orders I think it was, and we knew who was coming. :rotfl:

I remember this, it was funny, all waiting for our parcels.

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Good morning E, cool here and blue skies too :). I meant to ask you the other day, how did you get on with the garage doors? Are they fitted yet? X

You're making me worry now, I've just been and got mine and uploaded receipt  I hope I did get the right one. It was £1 and it's 180g. P/c last 4 are 0458

Not fitted yet, on order and due in at the end of the month. Rather hoping OH will be out on the day:D

Spent my evening at Bingo last night getting bitter & twisted at not coming near to a win :o:o
My friend won twice & on last house (the big one) she only had 4 numbers left when 1st line was won. Then 2 numbers when 2nd line won.
I needed a miracle, but suddenly all my numbers were called - one after another  & I shouted house. Much to mine & my friends surprise :o:o:o After all my grumbling :o:o:o

    :j:j:j

Ooooh, I bet they nearly strangled you :rotfl::rotfl:

a 50% success rate is very high, quite regular I go out and get about one item out of maybe 6 items on my list so I have to count "getting out of the house, getting some fresh air and exercise" as the main reason, at least the day is not a total failure

I got 6 out of 13 things, though I've actually just added to it as the Lidl I went to didn't have the magazine with coupons so I'll need to go to a different one. It's hard work, this money saving malarkey! :rotfl:

Didn't get any advent calendars as the shelves had been ransacked in T, but I did get a couple of selection boxes. Not sure what a double decker is like, but I'll give it a go for free :D

Didn't find any cellophane bags or suitable boxes in any of the bargain or pound shops, so it'll be back to eBay at this rate. I inadvertently held up the queue in the card factory as they said they had some upstairs in the store room, cost £1, so they went to get it and it turned out to be MASSIVE individual ones, about big enough for a very large stuffed toy, and £1 each not £1 for a multipack! I nearly died at the very thought of trying to make enough fudge to fill it, let alone paying £1 a bag :eek::eek:

Just had a message asking to call the agency about a temp job next week, turns out it's nothing like what I want, not even in the right town, and it's 2/3 of my previous salary, so that's a big fat 'hell no' all round :(

Did think it was a bit of a strange one, got the processing email so hopefully I'll get the money.
