Is that Hornchurch in Essex. (not sure if there is one in Wales :o )
If so, I lived there till the age of 8. If we are of similar age, we might have known each other  :D

    How are you tonight 3dogs?

I'm making my Christmas cake tomorrow:T:T:T

I'm Ok thanks TM. But I didn't get any sleep last night and have worked at charity shop this afternoon, so going to bed now. VERY early for me :D I'm working 1-4pm at shop tomorrow too, and on Sunday morning I am driving down to the M11 to pick up 3 little terriers to bring them up to our local rescue, otherwise two of them would be put to sleep as their time is up :(

    Goodnight all

I think as NOK you are entitled to a discussion with your mum's consultant. That used to be the case anyway.

I looked after an elderly neighbour for years and years, she had no family till she died (when suddenly they magically re-appeared.) When she was in hospital for an operation, I went every day and I asked the Ward Sister one day how she was doing and she raised her eyebrows and said 'And who exactly are you?'

When I told my neighbour she said 'You're all I've got. Tell the Sister that next time.' :rotfl:
It is not necessarily the case, why should my NOK or neighbour know my personal medical history? I totally understand that we want to know to help our dear relatives/friends, but we have no right to know, unless they agree (and have the capacity to do so).

sigh. trying to find a waterproof cover for my treadmill. The roof is leaking in the shed and i've only been asking OH to help me fix for 7 months so I still have a will to wait. Its currently covered in black bags

I know he's busy but any one else asks him for help and he does it. Normally the same day, its really frustrating me atm.

I can find covers on ebay but they are £47, I was looking at motorbike covers but they are to narrow by 10cms grrr

I read some where that we 'ladies' are nagging if we remind our significant others more often than every 6 months about something they promised to do... so 7 months on go on girl and nag!!

A question. Thinking of moving house. Would it be okay for a) me to take my stove with me, and b) taking my cooker with me? Stove, because I love it and the type I got has drastically shot up in price since I bought it, and I could not justify the cost now, and the cooker, I bought a free standing range cooker specifically because I was intending to move soon after moving in, but didnt, but am now. Answers on the back of a postcard please.
(And then we have my light bulbs, but that is another story ;)
