Hi the Drs only did a blood test for wheat and dairy so not much good. I went to an alternative place where they put a probe on my finger and that was attached to a meter the other end and in the middle was a place where they put 100 different items foods, pets, trees even. If the needle goes right the way across you were ok but if not it meant the item didn't do you any favours so to speak.
Mine were citric acids which are in lots of foods and drink and bacon, pork hams etc. I had to lay off them for 2 months then introduce gradually. I did lose a good half stone by doing this whereas before I couldn t even lose an ounce. There was me guzzling pure orange juice eg thinking it was doing me good but in fact it was like a poison.
I know it sounds strange but seemed to work for me
I'm just a bit cynical. Glad it worked for you, but fruit juice is full of natural sugar, so giving that up along with fatty meats would help you lose weight. Fun and games at A's today. Got 10 up n go and got a pair of £4 jeans to take care of any overage I might get. All went well, coupons scanned at £1.79 then rejected them. Then she tried to put them through at £1.38 (cost of each up n go). Coupons accepted then rejected. Then she called for a supervisor. She took me to CS and put them through for £1 each  Never mind. Still free. So had to pay £4 for my jeans
Been out in my mums garden pulling a few weeds out. Feels quiet warm out there in the sun :cool:0
