Thats over 2 years and considering we hardly use cash, it's not bad. Mother has had a bespoke xmas tree made by the local steel fabricator so that covers the cost
When counting your coins, keep an eye out for ones with designs on, you can sell them on ebay eg 50p Kew Garden one can be worth about £40I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Wondering whether Ex Special Golden Ale £1.80 vs 78p M would work - although, :(it's no surprise for me to say now that, right as of this week, I think this is hit or miss now. The M item was usually in two Ms (out of six) for me last week and the week before, on one occasion I had it in three, but, this week, cue this to be the very moment again:mad::(, the M Signature ales range has become hit or miss and far more patchy for me and I'm no longer getting all of the range in the stores anymore. I think I found every one except the Golden Ale:rotfl:. But - I had to use more stores to make even that up, one version here, one there (in another store), three here (rather than the full five or whatever it is, that I would have found before), but most places now nothing at all, and only then for me total to only part of the range: I note msm showing OOS for M now, but I do believe that some M will have Signature Golden Ale. I am absolutely sure of it! And, indeed, I am positive that someone could confirm that their M has it.
Does anyone want to throw in 2 Spitfires and one Ex Special Golden Ale? Though I think the Golden Ale may (at this point) have a slightly less than 50% chance of picking up the M price.
The Avengers (no good - M £1.40:eek: - and no glitch) - typical that that may have worked if that's in Wrexham at £1.40 SEL (I have been having full price SELs in lots of places that have the product, or no trace in most others!). I do indeed have £1.40 SEL from Wrexham yesterday - however, unfortunately I think this is right at the time that it's most probably been OOS for too long at Wrexham so will be most likely an N/A return from there if they even use that place, whilst if they have a store elsewhere - probably fifty-fifty now - that has £2.76, then £2.76 is the comparison price:(. All last week, when I was saying it might not work, it may have done - but now, too long OOS probably, it probably won't. It's, again, same situation - store that shows the RTC price is OOS, stores elsewhere most of them don't have it anymore (if most of them probably had it before) and the product remains in stock with stores at full price SEL (or some other much higher price than the real price). I do not know why so many stores I have seen all have £2.76 for this product, when it is on their shelves - sometimes they seem to put the SELs to full price in M even though the product is still on the RTC price - although it may be that many of these stores still have stock precisely because of unchanged SELs. I have now had, on different occasions, about four different stores at £1.40 SEL but all of them with no stock on the shelf at all but been tipping towards £2.76 - and often tipped over into that wrong price - as I have had more stores with that. One time I had about five out of six stores all with £2.76 and one no trace! This time - maybe it depends which stores you go to? - I am mainly no trace but stores with £1.40 seem to be too long OOS to be picked up.
The A2 milk is also becoming a problem - probably right now is a problem, at least for me - and seems to be patchy now, just to let you know for TBG. I think it's highly likely they'll have no trace in their three stores - or TBG collectors might just have one version in M. Sometimes I have found just Whole Milk and sometimes just Semi Skimmed - and even then had lots of stores no trace of either of them. In fact, I now have £1.37 price, from just one store (:(ideally I would have liked to have had more), I used far more stores than TBG does, found no trace at all anywhere else, and I don't even know if that price is correct. They could still be £1 until 13th November for all I know. I have only one version too this time - didn't find both. Got the other version to the one I had last time at £1:rotfl: (and just taking it that both will be the same price as the offer was the same). They are undoubtedly now - at least for me - much more patchy than one of the McCain's Wedges or Birds Eye Fusions or whatever it was, that TBG had no trace of many months ago and I thought it possible it could have been in none of their stores. Then again, they fail to have the C&B soups and I can find no explanation for that.
The other difficulty is the own label White Basmati Rice (1Kg) and I really think that risks picking up £1.71 price for M (on the APG) and not £1.48. Price checked at till again:( - it is still £1.48. There are two different products in M and I think that may be a reason why many stores seem to be getting confused as to price and not putting the £1.48 label on. I have a few stores showing £1.48, however the vast majority have £1.71:(. I don't think this is a go vs M - I think vs T will probably turn out best - it needs the 10% in order to make A, on net price, cheaper than Aldi.0 -
