Just treated myself to the M & S beauty advent calendar. Could have done without spending another £35 but I'm sure the things will get used. I also went through the swagbucks site that was featured in Martins email.:) Also the boxes all the items come in can be used next year eg and possibly filled with freebies we acquire during the year and would make a nice present for someone else.:D

Mine was ten swipes. The last one I had was 500 points when I swiped five times, that was only a couple of weeks ago :)

What about asking your local Curry's, PC World or Tesco if they have any desktops? Most people don#t buy desktops these days so they may have the opportunity to make this man's Christmas on their facebook page.

Sorry to hear that your late clients place has been broken into. It's obviously someone who has been watching the place.

Luckily there is a brother who can take on the form filling etc for the son regarding insurance and anything else that may need doing. Saying that, I'm not sure the insurance would be valid due to the property standing empty so long. Not a nice thought.

I would have thought if the son is unable to cope at home on his own with careers going in these a possibility that he would be taken to a residential unit. Sad to think this way butif needs must and he'd be safe at least. :(

tweets, pleased you are better today, that does not give you carte blanche to keep running around. You'll have a lovely restful weekend now :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

  • Gosh, most of you are a bit generous :D

    £224.80

    £104.80 of 20p's
    £78.00 of 50p's
    £42.00 of £2

Thats over 2 years and considering we hardly use cash, it's not bad. Mother has had a bespoke xmas tree made by the local steel fabricator so that covers the cost :)
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
