There was a discussion on here a few days ago about car insurance.

They have just stated on Watchdog that you can add someone more experienced on your policy as an additional driver to decrease the price of insurance.

Also works to add yourself to elderly parents insurance as it starts to get costly again when you get past a certain age.

  • As a student I once worked the holidays in a store on Oxford St, what with the commute and the crowds it was

I wouldn't last an hour there nowadays.

:rotfl: I second that. I used to work in the M&S by Selfridges. I don't miss it one bit :)

A bit random but has anyone used that This Works sleep spray? It doesn't work for me  I keep waking up in the night after very vivid dreams (not the good kind either). Think I'll be adding that to my recycling pile.

  • Just remembered, been stocking present shopping today. Spent £3 in The works (separately) and got 3 sellotape holders complete with tape, decent ones they are too.

  • I am home.... the roads were nearly empty.. but drove through rain, fog and a bit of sleet, temperature varied from 7 to -3... drove past 4 salt spreaders (non actually spreading) and nearly came a cropper with a highways lorry that nearly lost control.... naughty person was on their phone!

Arrived home and OH had good a chicken, mash and veg... and now he is warming it up for me! I love my slave!!

This is interesting... 4 of the salted caramel and one of the others will make them very cheap (brain stopped working)

Gawd, that was bad with that lorry . So dangerous.

Re the Options, just looked on A site and the salted caramel isn't in the multi! The rest are
