sorry Di...customer services at Twine....they are currently refunding me a case for every 2 that I order....at the moment probably upto 6 bottles in 24 are arriving either damaged on the rim of the neck,no alcohol content,spirits,reds in white cases or rancid.
I've always stood by the words that mystery is pot luck but it also should be fit to drink and as described....Twine have now also started to take this stand with me now.
