    Does anyone have an induction hob....I have just purchased one and was wondering about a decent set of pans to use.....The old ones I have don't work...so i still cannot make myself a decent meal...:rotfl::rotfl:

    Stupid compare site is saying utilita is the cheapest, yet these only do pre-payment meters apparently, now since when has a pre-payment meter been the cheapest way to pay for electric, madness. Im giving it up for tonight

    I've been so good lately at checking this thread. But 2 days off and I've missed all the glitches I would actually use. Doh. Glad you've had some decent ones though, been feeling a bit barren lately!

    For all of you paying extra for straight beans or spaghetti, buy with sausages then if you prefer, throw the sausages away ;). Result? Cheaper beans or spaghetti and a downsized portion size for smaller people or those on a diet :D.

    I bought one of those stand-alone ones and like you realised that none of my pans would work. Mum got me some lovely ones from Costco for Christmas last year. I looked around quite a bit and they were very good value. If you are a member or know someone who is, I'd recommend looking there.
