    Their financial summary looks a bit sick.

    One way of reducing creditors by suspending their accounts.

    It's not quite as bad as it looks. That £1.5m worth of 'accounts' shown as creditors includes a £1.1m loan that has now been converted into share capital, thereby "returning the balance sheet to surplus".

    Mind you, their accumulated losses to date were about £4.2m, so they are clearly not making any money yet. This would not be unusual for a new business that's doing something a bit different, but sensible people might still feel inclined to cash out regularly. Just in case.

    I'm sorry I've been putting off posting - in the end it was just too hard to sit down and write out posts explaining everything, so I've been updating the M list over the last few days and it is now updated. I suppose it's all common knowledge about the Chapatti Flour 10Kg for £2 in M? It's been on the list already for over a day. I wouldn't be surprised if it's already gone from stores that showed £2 - quite a few stores don't have it, it seems, but I had it in two stores on Wednesday - a good job I was elsewhere because, if I visited my local stores, I wouldn't have it in any of them at all:rotfl:.

    I think Monday is going to be quite a changeover with a lot of current offers expiring in M - there are also some items that I have now added to the list which are expiring in M tomorrow but which I have to apologise for not having them before. They've not been in any of the stores I was previously visiting. They are on the list now, but their offers already nearly due up, so I'm sorry for my lateness on them.

    I did some of my own shopping in A earlier - it was a bit of trepidation entering my receipt (is it going to work or not?) but at least we only have to wait 2 hours this time of year. I bought the Weetos cereal and it works - comparing against M at £1. This failed in at least part of - and probably the whole of - the last time M was on offer (about a couple of weeks ago for little over one week) - I nearly went and bought it but fortunately did not - I picked up a womble that showed it comparing against M at £2.51:( so did not buy it and I thought chocolate's not healthy anyway. With the vast majority of my stores showing £1 on Wednesday, including one possible price collection store:D, admittedly I only saw that late in the day, I've picked the right moment to compare it - and it works.

    The offer, according to online, is only supposed to be on until Tuesday (obviously a price they don't want to keep on for too long) - I'll have everyone buying Weetos now:eek::(:rotfl::wall: - whoopsied stock of cereals can be way cheaper - but, once again, with offers ending unusually on Tuesday, it seems M stores often put the SELs to full price on the Monday and the APG then gets full price - I've have a look on Monday (of course) but I suspect I will be coming back - way late on Tuesday, if at all, to say this is most unlikely to continue for a further few days as nearly all my Ms have full price showing. So, this may be the only time that this works on the APG (at least whilst the M offer is still on - or after-effect of it which I doubt there will be).

    I also notice that, today, A has put up the price for which its Fig Rolls are initially obtained in stores that have changed their SELs. They were 40p when I prepared my shopping last night, but I found the SEL to be 50p - and they went through at that - when I got to the store today (I didn't recheck my shopping on the day itself - :eek:: I normally do, but didn't have time this time). It helped me though as it's give me slightly more APG back - having allowed me to replace another item with a cheaper item and thus spend about the same but a few pence more back. It's possible you could have a £2 GC if your A still says 40p, though I doubt there will be many showing that. And against M of course at lower price and 2 for 70p (may mix and match with other biscuits pack comparable to M's offer).

    I may have done well on my broccoli - and better than the 1Kg frozen at 85p Aldi/81p A's SP frozen vs M. I saw Lidl's 500g the other day and the price was :eek:! I got the 'fresh' Broccoli at 40p in A. There were quite a few that were smaller broccolis but I picked the largest one I could see - and it seems it was well - as, it says 360g, but mine it actually weighs nearly 500g:T. So, 500g for under 40p net.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Once again:rotfl:. I was writing my post as you were posting - have a look at what I've written (in my last post). Just another coincidence again - last time someone else was posting the Soy Sauces as I was putting them onto the M list:rotfl:. Thanks for posting the comparison on the Weetos and confirming what I've said whilst I couldn't be bothered to go back and retrieve my comp.:rotfl:.

    Cream Crackers also back too against M (though I didn't buy them this time).

    There you go - I didn't need your womble:rotfl:, as I used my own hunch from what I saw in M on Wednesday.
