So, I finally got round to getting a couple of 4-packs. Submitted the receipts yesterday. Got notification today that they had both been paid, but when I look at my balance, I have only been given a total of £2. Anyone know why? TIA
Did your claimed voucher definitely say Free 4 Pack and not £2 off?
If yes, email them and they will correct it. If not and you did claim the £2 off offer in error, be careful nex time. Log out and close the app for security reasons. Go to 4 pack rewards page and see if a Free 4 pack is available - it should be, so enter your code, then log in - after that, you can upload your receipt.

Exactly - and given how many innocent people have been caught up with this, the fact you are doing nothing should not lull you into a false sense of security. An important lesson for everyone from this - hit the payment limit, cash out. If you need to, set up a separate T savings account (other savings accounts are available) to keep it in until Christmas as that at least is protected.

I was given £1 back for a pack yesterday. I emailed them and they added the extra £2.50 straight away.0 -
