    Hey.....well done Picasso:T:T

We've lit the fire tonight and it's so cosy,...I might have been tempted to go out if I wasn't so warm and comfortable.

    Well done you:T

We also have a fire, it is so cosy it would take trolley loads of free shopping to shift me. :rotfl:

Thanks TM and westlevren for your replies on my dd's trainers dilemma. I wish you two would agree! Still no email from them and the bad or non-existent customer service is annoying me. I just did not like the manager's attitude so am going to pursue it. I also complained to soreenabout a burnt malt loaf several weeks ago received three replies saying they were looking into but now apparently another email received and they are having technical problems so could I send my complaint in again. Wish I had plenty of time.

My sister wants to go on a spa break with her friend, does anyone know of any good deals i can look at please?

last Christmas Eve we went to Crewe Hall on a Groupon deal - spa day with a coffee and danish pastry afterwards, not too expensive - the girls just had a huge natter - small ammount of swimming and sauna and jacuzzi but mostly nattering :)
I think the other hotels in this chain do similar deals eg Telford and they pop up on Groupon regularly :)

You will get to the point where you are more annoyed about their lack of response/ poor customer service than the original complaint itself:rotfl:

    Good luck matty:)

I know I was being daft, :o but going this time have booked the time of from work, got to have blood tests next week and a possible transfusion. Also another scan then good to go. Xx

You are not being daft, it is perfectly normal to feel and act the way you have, but you do know what you have to do and you are definitely strong enough to do this... deep breathes and single steps x

Hornetgirl, I am trying to figure out what they mean... and am getting confused. I thought a posh flight to bangkok was 30,000, then I saw one that said 102,000..... no idea!

It seems to be ok now thank you. I think it was actually my gum that was hurting, where I have a bit of a wisdom tooth that has never come through fully. As luck would have it I have an appointment for a check up next week so will mention it to the dentist then.

I'm thinking this would make a nice Christmas present filled with a few decent bottles of wine or even champagne
