That will work perfectly with sultanas or currants or raisins. I can't remember which you said you had. I'll be honest I got distracted and started to make an apple crumble instead :o

Got everything apart from raisins :rotfl:

I think that's going to be it from the wombles, as the only other one they've bought some Tropicana at £2.40 and a load of reduced items:wall::(. Almost defeats the point to be getting reduced items and then going reckless on a full price item! It won't have enough items I suspect as the reduced ones won't appear.

Hopeless, but this seems to be the best overall comp.:

9 items on your receipt qualify for comparison Asda tesco
    1x Surf Washing Powder Tropical Lily 23 Washes (1.61KG) £3.00 £4.00
    1x ASDA Smartprice Low Fat Strawberry & Cherry Yogurts (4X125G) £0.33 N/A
    1x ASDA Baker's Selection Custard Slices (2PK) £1.15 £1.15
1x ASDA Smartprice Baked Beans & Sausages In Tomato Sauce (405G) £0.38 £0.41
    1x ASDA Grower's Selection Ready to Eat Bananas (5PK) £0.80 £0.80
    1x Garibaldi (200G) £0.80 £0.60
1x Nescafe Cafe Menu Cappuccino Unsweetened Taste (10X14) £1.50 £1.89
1x Asda Double Pepperoni Deep Pan Pizza (386G) £1.00 N/A
1x ASDA SmartPrice Chopped Tomatoes in Tomato Juice (400G) £0.30 £0.31
1x ASDA Smartprice NAS Apple & Blackcurrant Double Strength Squash (750ML) £0.42 £0.42
1x ASDA Chosen by You Concentrated Fabric Conditioner Exotic Orchid Blossom 21 Washes (567ML) £1.00 N/A
    1x ASDA Smartprice 6 Eggs (6PK) £0.70 £0.70
Comparison total (compared products only) £9.05 £10.28
    cheaper +£1.23 For your information:

"SP" yoghurts (I don't know why people would get those:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) are not comparing against anywhere. Baked Beans are better against M. The SP eggs are one of the few items that are same price at Sains.! They've been lower than 10% off 70p in A before - I think they went down to 57p a while ago? Cafe Menu comparing vs £1.50 at M, but I think these were down to £1 in A some years ago.

Bananagate raises its head again - 5 for 80p is 16p each: a bit more expensive than buying individual loose bananas at regular price!

A goes to and from 2 for £1.20 on the Garibaldi Biscuits, which is no use unless they glitch (and they have in the past!), as T remains at straight 60p. It looks like they are straight 80p at the moment and, with the number of mbuys being reduced, they might well not go onto 2 for £1.20 anymore:( (so no mbuy glitches). Or they might well do so, as the 'reduction in mbuys' is probably smoke and mirrors presented to the public face of the media via press offices. The reality is very different from what it appears to be in supermarkets all the time. I'm wrong though - they will I'm sure have stats. that show their mbuy numbers are now lower! As usual, if it does have an mbuy, A goes to the 'same price' but wants you to buy more to get it. Ignore them if there's no mbuy glitch and compare against T where appropriate!

All full of wooden spoons, bun cases and meat rub!

I did tell the LL lady that they could package them all in one, as long as their processed them separately. She said that she couldn't, each one had to be separate.

On a serious note has anyone collected an order... how big are they?

I am worried I won't get them in those really cheap coir bags we got a while ago! I may need to take 2!

If they are supplied from store they won't be packed......just pelted at you from the other side of the counter:rotfl:
