    1xNCG LENTIL & SMOKED BACON SOUP 700G
    - £1.17 (£1 off so cost 17p)

1xANNABEL KARMEL TASTY CKN AND POTATO PIE 200G
    - £2.00 (£1.50 off so cost 40p)
1xANNABEL KARMEL MILD CKN TIKKA AND RICE 200G
    - £2.00 (£1.50 off so cost 40p)

    Items purchased
    Hipp. 12 x £1 = £12
    Soup 6 x £1.17 = £7.02
    Sausages 1 x £3 = £3
    Annabel 2 x £2 = £4
    Total £31.02

    Actual cost
    Soup cost
    6 x 0.17 = £1.02
    Sausages
    1 x 30 = 30p
    Arrabela
    2 x 40 = 80p
    cost £2.12
    plus £6 of tesco food - £8.12

    Money off
    Hipp
    BG 39 x 12 = £4.68 - refund.
    £3 off £30 spend

    Ideas for the £6 food.
1 ltr of olive oil £3.50 (yes I have no olive oil).
    Lemon 35p (making humous)
    Milk £1.45
Tesco strong white flour 90p (yes I have no flour).

= total to pay less than £1... (that is as good as I get).

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Ok we are confused well DH is ..are you shopping in T if so you cant have an apg its a bg...
    The soup prices are right
    hipp prices? £1.00 - 67p = 33p not 39p
    ak meals £2.00 - £1.50 = 50p not 40p
    sausages £2.00 - £1.50 = 50p not 40p

    Items purchased
    Hipp. 12 x £1 = £12
    Soup 6 x £1.17 = £7.02
    Sausages 1 x £3 = £3
    Annabel 2 x £2 = £4
    Total £31.02

I added the totals and make it £26.02

I think you will have £2.76 to pay ?? providing you buy what is on your list but only 2 of the ak meals, if you have 3 coupons your total will go up by 50p, and check you buy T own make of olive oil, and you have 10 or more items

In your original list you have 3 x ak meals but in your sums you have only counted in 2, so I counted 2 in my calculations
    your BG should be £4.96

Hope ive worked it out right...

Do you know it is lovely to belong to the Elite family when I refreshed the page on my laptop I saw how many thanks my post got saying DD2 had passed her Masters degree. Thank you all and for all the lovely replies too. :A

It means so much I can share the good news but equally that I know I can share the bad if I need to...

Fernie sending you hugs, waffle away, I hope things get easier for you and your family and your MIL. xx

You are right with our elite family :)
Today has been the first day I could properly drop in and out, of various different elite houses for coffee, soup and hipps. Its been really nice having a catch up again, but who knows how long I will be around, as when i go to London to resume my babysitting duties..24th October grandson number 2 is due, I could disappear at any time.

Incase no one has answered. Rynair have been sticking to a two hour check in at out local airport. I would be there for about 10.15/1030 to make sure that I was first in the queue. Providing security isn't too busy, you should be in the lounge by about 11.15. Enjoy.x

Many thanks MKS. I haven't told Steve and Andy about booking the lounge yet as it's a surprise ;) I asked on phone tonight what time we were aiming to get there, knowing that Steve always allows loads of time to get places, so we have settled on getting there 9.30 :rotfl: Just got to make sure they are dressed according to the smart casual wear as Andy does like his shorts :rotfl:

I am extremely proud, feels odd she gets a Masters before any other degree though.

Having her home for the year while she studied for it worked out well in the end. And meant I got some quality time with her that I missed before she went off to uni as my mum was so poorly.

You can only ever do your best for your children, it's not been without it's moments. :rotfl:
