Hi 3dogs, hope you had a nice holiday?
Yes thanks bubbs. Went for a few days extra than originally planned as needed company and distraction after losing Millie, and had a lovely time as always with my dear friends. House is SO quiet without Millie. Hardly know the other two are here
Off to Barcelona for a short holiday on 17th so got that to look forward to, with the boys who so want to show me around their favourite city. Years since I've flown so a bit apprehensiveThinking of threating us to Airport Lounge at Stanstead but wondering if it is worth it
Sorry to hear about your client ♥Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12

In answer to mhoc, I've had to update my signature as I've caught my DH cheating
He went out for a womble and after he'd been back a while I found three peperamis in the fridge - "they were a bargain, they were 3 for a pound." I've tried to explain that every time he does this it gives me less to spend on our actual food but not sure it really sank in. Like LEJC I'm only really playing at this but it really does make you think. There are people who really do have to weigh up every tiny purchase like this and it makes me feel very grateful not to be in their shoes.
As for the rest of the DH question mhoc, once a week mine eats lunch with his work colleagues and some weeks he might buy a hot lunch at work on an odd day if we won't be having a proper meal at home that night for whatever reason. Neither of these come out of our normal grocery budget so they won't come out of the £40 either. The rest of the time he takes a packed lunch, which does come out of the food budget.
On the plus side, he came home with three wombles, worth 60p, £1.07 and £2.92 so not all bad. In all cases A was cheaper than T but not 10% cheaper. Nothing interesting on them.0 -

so this is a better offer (as you can get £25), although the same if you get £50 worth
Only till the 16th of October though.0 -

I've asked Mr TM if he fancies playing doctors and nurses but he said he's not bothered:o

Haha, so do I! Got about a dozen left. Well past the BB date, but we are still alive from eating them in chillis.
I remember we tried to donate a big tray of them to a charity, but they wouldn't take them as they were 1 week past the BB date.0 -

I would threaten him with "doctors and nurses" They don't like it:o
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the Pepperamis are the ones for cashback:rotfl:To do is to be. Rousseau
