Good morning. Hope everyone is okay. No time to keep up this week, RL is taking over and so much to do.
I really need to look at the Hipp as I must be missing out and want some soups at T which will be good for the few pence over the £1.
Need the soups as must get back on to diet as have put all weight back on that I lost pre holidays as these are great for work lunches, especially since the weather is getting colder.
Since it is first weekend in October, jut made my Christmas cake and it is safely in the oven. Have loads odds and ends of dried fruit and nuts left so looking for a Christmas pudding recipe, preferably one I can steam in pressure cooker. Off to wash up now as kitchen is a tip.
Has anyone used butter in place of suet in the Xmas puds? Have loads of butter/marg, but no suet in the house.
Have a great Sunday.0 -
