    I was checking my bank statement earlier and noticed that the BT group had done a direct debit on the 21 st of this month and took £20. Now I can't remember setting this up. So I phoned the bank and cancelled it and will,get the £20 back. I'm with sky for broadband etc so I don't know what it was for .
