I know!! I was gutted as I told my babies that they were having burgers for tea. They were looking at me as if to say 'where's our food' . I had to come home and cook them some liver to say sorry. :rotfl:

I have 7 'free' meals at the mo and I don't know how to get in touch with the promoter to sort this problem out. The pub can't do anything, even the landlord tried. Oh well, free Sol it is then. :D

Bird's Ready to Serve Rum Sauce (500g)17p Cheaper RTCs (15p) have been seen - check your RTC shelf.
[Strike]Bird's Ready to Serve Brandy Sauce (500g)50p:([/Strike]

In case you are wondering, since these are not apparently in many stores, yes, both of these have been found and both of them have been checked. In the store which I happened to pick, I found just one carton of Brandy Sauce, with a SEL for it of 50p. I checked it at the till, due to it being 13p before, and it really was 50p:(. I checked the Rum Sauce at the till though and it was still 17p:T. I had loads of cartons of that but obviously, in the store I happened to be in, people seem to have been buying the Brandy Sauce as that has 50p SEL while there was no SEL at all for the Rum Sauce:rotfl::rotfl::wall:.

And, yes, the Rum Sauce and Brandy Sauce are still around in some Ms nine months after last Christmas! Watch the Rum one shoot right up just in time for this Christmas maybe! The dates are obviously becoming shorter and will be shorter than any new stock brought in for this Christmas, but are still long enough and more than adequate to last to this Christmas and beyond! That's assuming you confine having Rum Sauce to Christmas anyway, or even celebrate it as of course not everyone does.

The Amino packet soups, which were on 3 for £1 offer, had been pulled off offer by Wednesday and were now straight price, so they have been quietly removed from the list. Except that it is no longer quiet as I am now mentioning it:D. I wish I could make a lot more noise about some things to draw attention to the fact that they have had price changes such as this but I just don't get time to post - it's enough just updating the list itself:eek::rotfl:.

I think - I thought of posting something to this effect earlier - in fact when I mentioned the Chicken Fingers 10 pack at 50p in M but, again, didn't get round to posting - I think everybody with an M should check the freezer aisles of their M as there will be lots of items on relatively low price RTC that we are currently missing. Obviously we want items with prices of double digits of pence only (I doubt we will find 9p or below!) and preferably at the lower end of the digits. If everyone helps by going and having a look through the entire freezer aisles of their M (it won't take you long!) and notes anything that is relatively low price RTC and you should check for anything that does not have a SEL specific to it. It's those items without SELs that are sometimes the ones! They may need taking and checking at SS. In particular, if any item has a SEL under or next to it that has a description that does not exactly match the product that is there, the product you actually physically have may well be a slightly different one, or different pack size and is probably likely to scan at much cheaper than the SEL price, since it is a different product to the item mentioned by the SEL! Those three things to look for. (Obviously not if the SEL has an RTC price and is stated as such, but the product is different, because it's then likely that the RTC product has gone from your store and you have stock of a new pack size full price product instead:(. But then you should take the RTC information from the SEL, as that will be an item for someone to find in another M.) If everyone that uses this thread does these things, and then lets me know of anything they find that is not currently on my list, that will be very helpful, as there are just lots of additional items that I suspect I am not getting as they are not in any stores I have got to.
