I have had a fabulous day at Turbery Woods Owl Sanctuary. I've flown about eight different Owls, two Harris hawks, two kestrels and a red kite, that flew itself and I just watched.
It's been lovely weather, couldn't have been better, it's completely funded by donations so if anyone is near Preston it's well worth a visit.

and in the meantime this afternoon I emptied everything out of the dress wardrobe, folded anything more suitable for winter into the big wooden chest ( the only thing I rescued from MILs house as it was in the old farmhouse and it was probably grandparents chest)
Most other dresses I folded into 2 new under the bed boxes, mainly stuff that is now too small but I am not quite ready to let go of.
And then back in the wardrobe went the cruise dresses, sundresses, my Boden dresses and a few others with nice patterns, everything now is in a wardrobe in some semblance of order.
nothing now hanging on the back of doors or on wardrobe doors
apart from some things ready for ebaying which are hanging from the boys bunk beds rail as it's very high up.
I now have 6 under the bed boxes so I've probably got more clothes under beds than actually in wardrobes but at least there is some order and I can go through things bit by bit now. Now there is room some things can go back into wardrobes and others that have not seen the light of day for a long while will just go into the charity bags
- filled 2 bags today ready to take in tomorrow

yes there is a Sainsburys Tu sale starting on Tuesday and yes I will be examine the sale rail but being sensible, nothing I really fancy anyway so hopefully I won't be too tempted

It might be on to bookmark and look again at on a Saturday evening after a couple of glasses of wine!

That's how most of our holidays are booked ...and I can see christmas duvets being ordered for all...
