I got some sunflower and marigold seeds for the kiddies allotment. We don't do many flowers in our garden or down the allotment, nearly every inch of space is taken up with something that's mean to be edible.

I get that TS.......but I'm getting so excited about next year in the garden and think I'm going to try a bit harder with flowers.....they are so lovely to have around the house....if you ignore the little Beatles that fall off them:rotfl:

Has Sue been back on here,.......I wonder how her mam is doing:A

Apparently I have seen these live. I have no recollection. :o

They were at Larmer Tree Festival quite a few years ago, possibly about 10 years Mr TS reckons. :rotfl:

I would have more flowers TM, it's Mr TS who can't be bothered with them and takes up the space with other stuff. he even lets the blackberries take over in favour of any flowers, I do have my miniature rose bushes though and couple of fuchsias that come back year after year. :D

I just messaged my mum to tell her that I seen they are playing here next month and thought of her! It's one of those songs from my childhood that I always remember being played full blast whenever she had the girls round :rotfl:
I tempted to go just to hear that song :D

Cost us a fortune when me and DD2 were doing this before our holibobs but it does work.

I still have one of the chilli recipes frozen in the freezer, I should really get back to it, really fills you up I didn't feel the need to graze at all. I used to do it a bit differently to how he says and DD2 as I didn't do the high intensity work outs. :o

I used to have fruit in the day and one of his meals in the evening. DD2 did the whole thing with the porridge with all the seeds and stuff for breakfast, they were expensive. And she loved the build up bagels with lots of protein after her workout.

I'm 99% sure it was this book but might have been one of his others...

Well he could loose a couple of pound by cutting his hair, missed opportunity there I recon ;) :money:

Although I see he has already lost 4 pound by reducing the cost of his book :D

I am in shock today. I have been looking for a dress for a wedding next month and I finally found one I actually like today. And I paid full price

I know you said you weren't keen Sarah ......but we aren't using the recipes in the book....we just make them up as we go along....probably not using as much green stuff as we should....however that's about to change:D

    I'm predicting green smoothies tomorrow:T

I bit into one of the mini kiwis earlier and it squirted out and hit the lamp about a foot away. It looks like snots:(
