I've posted this on the mobile phone but wondered if anyone could help here.

I have a Delight payg sim for an infrequent business phone. Customers have complained there's no voicemail even though looking at my account online it showed it was switched on. I checked myself and there was no voicemail option it just stopped.
Called their customer services and what a joke, on hold for 30 mins before answering and they said they would switch it on. Only now the phone doesn't work at all, no voicemail and I can't make or receive any calls.
Called them back and they said it would be resolved within 2 days.

Since then I can't get them to answer my calls, I have tried every day several time a day since Friday, on hold for more than 45 mins before I give up. There is no queuing system or any way that I can leave a message for them to call me back.

Had this number for more than 10 years so anxious that I keep the number. I just want my PAC code to port it to another provider and need to do this asap.

Any ideas how to get in touch with them, I'm trying 020 7179 0134 and 07892111202. They say call 202 from your Delight mobile but with mine I can't make or receive any calls for almost a week now.
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Not in the way you think. I'm hoping the format doesn't change at all. Basically I used to work in the Film and TV industry and through that I indirectly worked for BBC Wales. When I did apply I got through to the phone interview stage and they said they wouldn't take me further because of the 'conflict of interest' - meaning although Love Productions make the programme, it was still receiving BBC funding. So I'm hoping (and yes I do realise it's an incredibly, nigh on long shot) that I can apply for next year without that restriction impending on my application.

If the format changed to the point where I needed a sad back story or it involved Big Brother-esque tasks, they can quite frankly do one :rotfl:

Given the other post i quoted, you actually think i was serious :rotfl::D:p

aau I'm not sure if it ever disappeared for me but Yeo Valley offer for Patisserie Valerie 241 tea and slice of cake is under "Offers from our Friends" for me at the bottom of that page still 30 yeokens. You do have to be logged in to see it. :)

Thanks. I was foolishly looking for it on the 241 afternoon tea page :o

I did also look on the "Offers from our Friends" page but it is below what I thought was the last offer so I didn't see it there
