  • Morning! Bubbs, have a lovely holiday. :)

I was reminded on facebook today that its been a year since I was hospitalised with sepsis. I didn't know at the time just how serious that was. I honestly can't believe a year has passed, it has flown by, and look at me now! Feeling great and all excited about going off on holiday on Thursday. I can't thank my medical team enough. :T

Appointment yesterday went well. It appears I have a hernia which is causing some issues getting catheters in. Need a CT to confirm. Got a provisional date for surgery in January where it will be sorted along with some channel revision and scar revision. Diet is ON when I get home from holiday, now I have a date I have a great incentive to keep going with it. I reached just over 4 stone loss, although fully expect to put on a fair bit on holiday, but I know I will shift that plus more when I get back.

They were on MyMail, but I think they have finished now :(
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D

Well, we are all younger than we will ever be again, so we'd best make the most of it I guess!
