Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

Damn, you just stole my game plan if I apply and get on the show. The only part you missed out was the beeping :)

    Tenth Anniversary
    :T:T

Think I'm correct in saying that is the Milky Way? Some northern lights :D

Come on ...details... Facing south? ISO? Aperture? Shutter speed? Focal length? :D

Hoping to do stuff like this for 3rd year project so will be up your way ;)

Oh westie I am sorry all I know is it's south facing and taken with a camera:o
Edit, no northern lights, wrong direction, that's probably reflection from the glass.

Well knowledge tells me ISO is in the thousands, shutter speed is less than 30 secs, fairly wide angle and a wide open aperture. 1 image with the idea to get as much light in as possible in the shortest amount of time, biggest clue being no movement in the stars :D

I've done star trails before but never a starscape. Seems to be popular now for photographers to actually put themself in the frame to give a sense a scale, wonder and awe.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
