    I got lots of the Oatso simple today.....£1 in Iceland. There were two flavours .......plain which had 12 sachets and golden syrup which had 10.
    A breakfast for 10p excluding milk can't be bad. Thanks to ILTS for bringing it over:T

    Also popped into Farmfoods and got some of the 49p Edam.....a big 500gm block. It actually says Dutch Edam but is made in the UK.....can they do that...I thought it might have a protected designation.

    Anyway it tastes fine:)

    The rooms with gas fire, stove and sink in them remind me of my second bedsit in Ilford in the early 70s. I was 18...
    Shared bathroom :eek: Calor gas heater over the bath... :eek::eek:

    I say my second bedsit as my first one was a shared room and had 2 single beds in there - that one was vaguely luxurious as despite being shared we had our own kitchenette which fitted on the landing area!

    They don't know they're born, these days...:rotfl:
