Completely emptied the glory hole today. Had a bit of a mould problem in there, think due to lack of ventilation.

Hope I have sorted it out, used Ronseal 3 in 1 mould treatment on the walls, had to take some wall paper off as big black mould spots under it. :(

Wiped down everything that had mould possibly mildew not sure of the difference, with a solution of WUL and white vinegar so hope that stops any spreading. Thankfully the tents look ok when I unzipped the bags just seemed to be on outside covers.

Going to wait until tomorrow before putting it all back make sure all dried out properly, never know may have put something back damp previously. :o

A good squirt with eucalyptus oil and water works on it if you get it again, smells nice too :)

The frozen Stuffed Crust Cheese Feast Pizza that was giving a very good comp. against M some time ago is no longer doing so:(. It's returning N/A - and it has made a difference as the voucher is just 43p:(. It would have been £1.53 if this had compared - it would have been a lot more if they hadn't bought items that were significantly cheaper at A than M! Had no real luck today - the other one I picked up was the colleague's receipt:mad:(:rotfl:) and of course, more than 10% cheaper. (Yet again, as I managed to find one of those yesterday too.) Though this new one was just over the 10% target by a few pence - and would have been a voucher if they'd not used the discount! Of course, it would have been much better if they'd also not bought what was more than 10% cheaper at A:rotfl:.

Must admit vinegar is not the best of aromas. :rotfl:

I'm not sure if the condensation in the house is worse since we had the cavity wall insulation redone or because we have now sealed in the ceiling in the bathroom, no draughts up into the rafters anymore. The glory hole is downstairs so I think it is possibly the insulation that has contributed to the problem there. :(

A few corners of ceilings upstairs are becoming a problem too but we do need to decorate. Decorating the downstairs loo seems to have combated the problem in there after treating with the Ronseal. :T

Doesn't help I have to rely on Mr TS to open the secondary double glazing in the bedrooms either. I'm not strong enough to slide them open anymore with the "Arthur" in my hands as underperky calls it. ;)
