Evening all. Im home, so get ready for the change in weather, sorry. :o

Just read back a few pages, sorry to see you are having more bad luck Scamps :(

Tomatos... There are different views on these, here is a quote from arthritis research uk

    http://www.arthritisresearchuk.org/arthritis-information/arthritis-and-daily-life/diet-and-arthritis/should-i-avoid-certain-foods.aspx

    Should I avoid certain foods?

    Diet and arthritis
Some people feel that certain foods are bad for arthritis and that cutting them out helps. These foods include:
citrus fruits, such as oranges, lemons and grapefruit
vegetables from the nightshade family (solanaceous plants) including potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, chillies and aubergines.

We don’t recommend leaving these fruits and vegetables out of your diet because of the important nutrients they contain. There’s no scientific evidence that cutting out these foods can help with arthritis. In fact, they're rich in antioxidants – oranges and red peppers contain an antioxidant called β–cryptoxanthin which studies have shown may slow down the progression of arthritis.

But as always, do what is best for you.

I was at hospital today and asked about the tomato as I love them like Altojack but my consultant didn't think it was proven fact ...and said to carry on eating them if I enjoy them ....Then the angel that she is gave me another steroid injection so I should feel better for the weekend ....and be able to stay awake for more than 4 hours at a time Scamps sorry to hear you have an "ARTHUR" COS HE IS A LITTLE BUDDAH ....

I've been out for the evening. Have I missed any more medals? Managed to do a T wine shop on the way home so the rack is now restocked with some nice summery bottles. Thanks as always to OP and testers.

TM, we own two of the books in that pile. Can you guess which ones?

Sorry for quoting myself but this is working multiple times, buy one at a time (only 2 types of tights in the workwear section), each time the code applies and comes up as free. May/may not get cancelled but thats the life we live on here.

Thank you RR, I have the work wear offer so have chanced some orders. ;)
