I think it's no good. They're buying items at "cheap" A prices, when they work out more expensive.

Savvy I have reached the conclusion that we will never get these A shoppers trained:rotfl:

Yes, hopeless - 36 pence:(: not even the difference on the tomato tin.

I also didn't like £10 rum, as I felt it may be much more expensive elsewhere. (It's non-comp. across all four comparisons.)

12 items (9 different) on your receipt qualify for comparison Asda Tesco
    2x Coca-Cola Cans (8X330) £5.00 £5.00

    1x Liberty Ship Dark Rum (70CL) £10.00 N/A
2x Warburtons Farmhouse Soft White Sliced Bread (800G) £2.00 £2.50
Comparison total (compared products only) £12.96 £14.00
    cheaper +£1.04

The Longlife milk is apparently 'best' against M at 88p. Except Northern Ireland where either T or S at 90p presumably. Round Lettuce non-comp. against both T and M - check that it hasn't been downsized with the price being lower than it was!:rotfl: The Tomato tin, fwiw, also 50p for M. I would have preferred KTC the other day!
