Are you trying on an ipad emerald? Don't think Print@Home works on ipad.

Yes I was but I ve also tried on my laptop but I'm sure that was the same. I'm out at the moment with Nellie but I ll have another look when I get home.

True - only works on PC as downloads printer software.

Have you added it to your voucher wallet first?

Wouldn't work for me on Firefox, I switched to IE (cannot work out what I have done but no .exe files will download for me in Firefox!).
