Young girl in shop said could I do a bit shopping and come back in twenty mins ...reluctantly I walked into the "retro" sweet shop that sells all the old sweets from childhood ..midget gems licquorice tablets ..butterscotcth tablets etc etc spent a tenner before I had left the shop ...naughty girl
the young girl then informed me that the people she has to phone about any and every issue had decided over the phone that I had bought it and the battery for £59-99 ...then went home and used a cheap battery and that is what has broke it ....gob smacked I asked her Why would anyone do that pay for the really overpriced battery then put a cheap one in ....her response... well people do she said ....this young girl knows I have 3 electric ciggies as she has sold me all three and all three with batteries ? me run out of electric fags never :rotfl::rotfl: ....I tell her nicely that she needs to get back onto them the thing is faulty and I want a replacement or refund ....15 mins later they still haven't answered the phone to her and not replying to her texts ...or so she said bless her :A ...a young lady came in looking at the said £59-99 ciggie ...and I stand by whilst the young girl explains how every thing works gives her the free trial ...and is about to clinch the deal when I pipe up ...if I was you I would go somewhere else to buy it as I have bought a faulty one and they are trying not to replace it ....the lady thanks me and leaves ...fervent texting by young girl to boss ...no replies she says face beetroot red ...not her fault bless her she is only the monkey .....so I say text him and let him know as he has now spoilt my day I an quite prepared to set up camp eat my way through a tenners worth of "ket " and tell every one that enters the shop what crap customer services the shop gives on faulty goods ...and I wait another ten mins ...no customers ....grrr.....so I tell the young girl that I am going to phone trading standards and will get them out today to check all the "juice " bottles too because you keep selling me ones with the seals broken ...and I have never complained ...as I guess you were letting folks have a free "hit " instead of this tight arsed company you work for giving or allowing you your own testers .....the poor young lass went purple then white ...and I dialled trading standards explaining the situation to them ....before I had finished telling them she said her "boss" said I can have a new one , I relay this to trading standards and said that I would still like to carry on with the complaint ...poor lass was cacking herself ....the guy at the other end of the phone says that if I am happy the matter is resolved I can leave it there ...but give me your address incase you want to continue later ...so I do thanking him for his help and saying that I will speak to him soon..
which I haven't but who ever the "bosses are at Ewizzard are need to rethink their policy as I am sure most people would have gave up and left long before I did ......:rotfl::rotfl:

Well done underperky, sounds like fun
I had to have a go at Primark once, bought a two piece underwear set and found one of the pieces was twisted. Took it back and was informed that underwear was non-returnable, I told them it was faulty and they still said it was non-returnable, so I told them I would stand right where I was until it was replaced (DD liked it) with one that is not faulty, and if I did not have a new one in 5 minutes I would start screaming. I got a new set
Another time I had bought my DSs school shoes from M&S and they were worn through on the toes so I took them back. They told me they could not replace them as they had been worn to school  I didn't have much time so I managed to promptly burst into tears, got my money backWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Maybe you will see some cheap duck pancakes (AKA seagull pancakes)
We have friends who live near the coast and they were attacked the other week by seagulls as they left their house:eek:To do is to be. Rousseau
