Nellie - I gave my brother your presents and he said to say thank you very much - he loved all of it but especially the blanket :) :A

Probably. I hate cleaning up after sugar work, so tedious! I hope he's using boiling water to get rid of it.
Just put a damp cloth on any spillages, and leave it for a few mins, sorted ;)
I'm sorry but spun sugar always makes me think of pubic hairs :o
Glad you said you liked mine then :p

I can't deny you have an impressive bush. Clearly you didn't get one of those free razors ;)

Unsure who you've pmed Damo .......I'm assuming the DDs are for the BoS accounts.

I seem to think that the DD's didn't need to be in place until September for BoS.

We've got one T account set up but become stuck on the second as its asking me to ring in to verify so that's a job for tonight.

Finally got the Santander standing orders in place for the monthly saver so there's nothing else to do there:)

Hi TM. Yes you're right it was for BOS. Good job I set them up early though as I didn't realise both the a/c's have to be in matching sole names, so the d/d I set up from hubby's a/c to my sole a/c hasn't worked. Am waiting to see if the money gets returned as it left his a/c but didn't reach mine:eek:. Just need to try and sort it out before we go on our holibobs.

I hope you are able to sort your a/c out with T.

Juju17 kindly helped me out initially explaining which T accounts I needed to open, and then helped me again today.:)

  • I cannot remember who put me on to showfilmfirst but whoever it was I'd like to say a huge thank you. We have been to the theatre five times and tonight was our second trip to the cinema. We watched mike and Dave need wedding dates. I was a bit sceptical that dh would enjoy it but as he made me watch skyfall the other night it was my turn, but.......how wrong could I be that he wouldn't enjoy it, it was hilarious the whole way through. Shocking language and quite rude but if you can get over that I would highly recommend it, hilarious.....did I mention that.
