    For dog lovers and all.
The world has been terribly dark over the past few weeks, we are in a strange and troubling era that has hurt so many all ready. Made me quite despair at the lack of humanity. Then I read this, apologies if already posted. I've cried lately from anger at the barbaric deeds of others and at the sheer sadness of it all. This made me cry too but in hope and I'm grateful that good still exists.

Has anyone tried the cheap binoculars you get from Ebay? Just that we could do with some new ones and there is such a massive price difference I was just wondering why.

Tell you what, our Dyson keeps on going. We have a DC04 which we bought in early 2000. Have changed the hose once, and just now we found a video on youtube to shorten the cable as it was cutting out (the cable had broken) and it is looking like it will be going for a while. It is not as good as it was, but it still does the job. I was afraid I would have to buy a new one when it started cutting out but I think you can find anything on YouTube! Quite funny, I asked OH if he thought he could get into it, he suggested YouTube and I had it apart by the time he came back in :D

I think that's the one I've got E. It's been such good value, never had a problem with it. Yes, mines not as great as it was when newer but it still picks up very well, maybe a few scuffs but what the heck :rotfl:

I've not had any from eBay, I think one pair was from Jessops, they weren't very expensive either.

The price difference will be down to the distance you can view over I think. The more expensive you may find they are heavier, or they used to be :)
