Picture differant from description

How will this stand? Im looking to buy something from an online store and the photo and the description dont match, the photo is of something i dont want and the descrition and model number is something i do want to buy the photo does state for illustrative purposes only, so where do i stand if i do buy the said item and the one in the picture turns up:confused: if i buy and recieve what the description is then im happy but obviously not the other way around.

Any advice please?

You should be fine. As they've already stated the picture is for illustrative purposes only, not the description. You'll get what the description suggests.

Thank you all:beer: It was comet clearence auctions and it was a washing machine i was looking to bid on and won this today, so i took the plunge this morning and called to ask about the door hinge and picture not matching the description and queried what machine i was buying and i was told whatever the description and model number listed was what i would recieve, and he checked and said it was the model number that i wanted so i now have his name just incase. All in all it worked out good as i bought a slightly scratched LG 1600 spin speed washing machine for £245 plus delivery when the machine is £549 on comets main site:j
