Last hour or so it is all over the place for me and not displaying correctly

It does that to me sometimes I have to restart my computer to get it to go back to normal0

It was the same for me as well it was unusable, not just this forum but across the entire site. Seems to have reverted to the (preferred) 'green' old style format now, so all is good (famous last words! :lipsrseal ) I'm also using chrome.0

Mine has been fine until now. The header and sides are messed up.
