Well been here many years ago Csa said we owed pwc £34,000 got LO, then charge on house for this figure before we then appealed at Tribunal were successful in proving CSA made huge calculations errors in our case - so final correct calculation was £2.5k. Over a period we then paid this off, cash at HSBC bank via CSA account marked clearly pwc name and ref etc, etc.

Now Csa folding we get a final bill for £2.5k, wot the heck!!! Assume back to drawing board, put appeal in writing to them, request Data Protection file and then start appeal proceedings/Tribunal all over again??

Anyone any other ideas?? Be grateful of any helpful advice

When my csa case closed i managed to get a statement of previous payments, could help you prove you had paid.Looks to me as though it is a clerical error, have the csa completed a cleanse on your case? Its just because we had a final cleanse on our case prior to closing and the csa found over payments and knocked them off the arrears balance which reduced it to a small amount.Could it not be the case that the cleanse hasn't been completed fully and those payments you made haven't yet been taken off yet? Hope this helps :)
