Prize not received :-(

Over a month ago I received an email that I had won the grand prize in the Disney Lego Friends competition. The prize was
• Voucher for a party of 8 to attend Tree Top Junior at Go Ape
• 1x LEGO Friends Adventure Camp Archery playset
• 1x LEGO Friends Adventure Camp Rafting playset
• 1x LEGO Friends Adventure Camp Tree House playset

The email said the prize would be with me within 3-7 days. It did not arrive so I emailed and was told sorry it hasnt been sent and would be sent that day. I received one of the sets of Lego two days later. I still have not received the other two Lego sets or the voucher. I emailed them they replied days later saying they would look into it. I havent heard from them since. What can I do in these circumstances?

Depends how long they have been looking into it, if it's been more than a week you could (in order of my preference) chase them up, contact them on social media, complain to the ASA
