Mortgage Help!!

Newly separated Mum of two (17yr old ...disabled and 10 yr old).
House needs to be sold and I need a small mortgage to buy somewhere for myself and my sons. Affordability wise its not an issue, however I'm not employed. I am a homemaker and carer.
Any clues as to a mortgage company that will lend with no EARNED income!?
I have 65-70% to put down and maintenance by court order agreed, along with Child Tax Credits, Carers allowance, child benefit, Income Support etc.
Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you all xx

The affordability is decided by the lender, so it could be a big issue
I'd suggest you approach a mortgage broker to see if there's any lenders who would consider maintenance and benefits as income for mortgage purposesEarly retired - 18th December 2014

There is one lender that springs to mind they accept 100% tax credits DLA/PIP and care allowance. Don't try and do this without professional help your circumstances would not be considered by most lenders. You need a whole of market mortgage adviser.I am a Mortgage Adviser
