Motor Mile Finance provided proof, although it's not my loan.

Hello folks,
I received a bunch of MMF letters a couple of months back and, following sage advice from this forum, sent the PROVE IT letter.
Yesterday, I received the proof! However, it's not my loan. It has my name and address on it, but the email address and NI number are not mine. I've never taken out a payday loan.
So, what do I do now? Is there a letter template for this, or shall I just send a short "this is not my loan" letter?
Thanks,

I'm not aware of a template letter but it should be easy enough to write back something along the lines of:
"Dear [company],
With reference to your letter dated [date] I am writing to advise that I maintain that I did not apply for credit with your organisation and the evidence you have provided does not support your claim that I have any debt with your organisation. Whilst the address matches my address, the national insurance number you provide is not mine*. Similarly, I do not recognize the email address you have provided.
With this in mind, I request that you cease contacting me for payment against this debt. By The FCA (Lowell’s regulator) rules are clear that ”Where there is a dispute as to the identity of the borrower or hirer or as to the amount of the debt, it is for the firm (and not the customer) to establish, as the case may be, that the customer is the correct person in relation to the debt or that the amount is the correct amount owed under the agreement.”
I do not owe this money. You have failed to produce any evidence that I do. If you do not cease to contact me about this debt I shall be complaining to the Financial Ombudsman.**
Regards,
OP"
*Whether you provide evidence of your national insurance number is up to you, but I imagine doing so would draw this to a close sooner.
**Not sue how up to date this text is, but I remember using something similar before. Maybe somebody can advise? Borrowed from http://debtcamel.co.uk/prove-it/0 -
That's great, many thanks!0

Just bear in mind motormile are a DCA, not a payday loan lender.
They will of bought the debt from the original payday lender.
