If you are using PDL's , how are you funding the move?
The question for the lender is obviously whether the new mortgage is affordable. As you have no apparent capacity to deal with a financial shock.0 -
I got approved for the mortgage, just shows that payday loans don't have to end your chances of a mortgage. I do have a good deposit though and no loans or credit cards. I'm so relieved0
