Joint mortgage based on one income

Hi Folks,
My wife and I got married two months ago. Currently we both own our own properties. My house is currently rented out whilst I live in my wife's house. We plan to sell both houses to buy a new marital home.
However I have been self employed for the last year and a half and currently my business does not make much money.
I will have circa 117K equity from the sale of my house and my wife should have circa 50K. So we will have a deposit of 167K.
Why wife currently earns just short of 45K a year. Can we get a mortgage that takes just my wife's income into consideration but still have my name on it? I don't think I can have my name on the title deeds if it's not on the mortgage? We need to borrow 200K
Thanks in advance

Yep. You can do a joint mortgage and purchase.
There are a few lenders who will take one year's self-employed income into account too.I am a mortgage broker.
