Purely Creative Card

On Saturday I was handed a envelope with cards in when I spent over £5 in pound world.
The envelope is black and has could you have won a million pounds written on the front.
When I opened it there were two small cards with symbols on them one had three black cats and the other two boats.
The card states to see what you have won you have to ring a number which costs £1.65 per minute and that average calls to the number take around 8 minutes which I am not prepared to do.
When I looked closer at the small print it tells youcan send your winning card/s with a SAE and a first class stamp to a address with a PO box number to obtain a claim code the company is called purely creative.
When you receive your code by post you have to complete the enclosed forms and send it back to them again.
Has anyone had any of these cards and won anything? or is it a dodgy way of getting your address, phone number and email add to spam you?.
Britain is great but Manchester is greater
