Why post this its outright provocative. And doing what you are claiming in your post. Spoiling the thread.0 -

Good luck with the dentist:)
Thank you. Dentist was lovely as usual. No treatment other than hygienist required (although last time I had my teeth cleaned by the dentist I cried, I wasn't that long post surgery though so I think it got to me a little.). Other than that back in 6 months, phew!

Well done and hopefully next time will be even easier. x“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -

House scrubbing accomplished, it's amazing how much further and faster you can get with the To Do list if you power down the main computer :rotfl:
Went to put the kettle on to find a tiny Hoover fly/wasp/something striped swimming in the water (our kettle is glass) - who knew what good swimmers they are! It must not have been there long as when I emptied it out on the lawn it walked off - my good deed for the day.
So now you have a new thing to worry about, checking the contents of the kettle before you add more water or flick the switch and boil an insect that had innocently gone inside for a swim“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Yes it was seemless or at least I was busy enough not to notice but now we are on fibre - this mornings broadband upload speed was 2.14 and the first speed test was 12.25
(The download speed was very slow to do, is that normal)
So now I am trying to think of something to test it with.
I tried facebook on the iPad but I still got a blank page lag before it loaded. Also last week if I clicked on a FB link I got the blue screen and since the last FB update the iPad just shuts the page down and It goes back to the home page
So FB is not a good test esp as it won't let me post a message
The main computer is now fired up again so once I am sorted I can legitimately go and watch cat videos to see how fast they load“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
I received a most beautiful and generous gift in the post this morning....from an artist I have long admired.
I'm off to the framing workshop on Saturday to see if they can do the picture justice with a simple frame....and I've made a promise to post a picture of the results when all is finished.

That's the problem with the dentist paying for something that's going to hurt you:o:eek:0
