    Thanks for all the comments & thoughts, obviously nothing obvious that I'm missing, I have no problem in seeking paid for advice, but I always like to go armed with possible scenarios for the professionals to either shoot down or agree with. Jaundiced I may be, but I don't find most professionals think 'constructively'.
    Anyway, no problem in paying the tax due when it arises, it'll pay for a bit more foreign aid!
