Mortgage to build buy to let house?

I own a plot of land which is a side garden of my main house and has planning permission to build a detached house. Long term, I would like to use the plot to provide a house for my disabled son. Ideally I would like to build the house now and let it out on buy to let. Build costs are circa £150k, value as a finished house circa £225 to £250k. Rental approx £750 to £900 per month.
Would I be able to find a lender that would lend for the build cost and then let me transfer it to a buy to let mortgage?
