Did anyone else win this competition. I won back in May and was told to send an email with my address i had no reply. I was away so assumed when i got back 3 weeks later they may have arrived, but havent. I have answered my winning tweet but no reply - i have emailed them again and tweeted them again but nothing.

I know they are quiet a big company and possibly dont reply straight away, i also understand to wait a month but just thought it was unusual they havent responded.

I am also waiting on a win from end of April #ICantLiveWithout have sent a couple of tweets but no reply, was thinking about trying customer services? been over a month

Oh I think thats the same comp:) I won mine early May. I think its just strange no one has replied. I am going to get on twitter today and maybe ask other winners if they got theirs. Ill keep you updated

Maybe try to fb message them?

When I won with them they were very prompt but that was a while back.

Cheers Toni, just FB messaged them. I did follow up the e-mail last tues but they don't seems to answer them.

just had a reply from fb message

" thanks for getting in touch! We have lots and lots of products to organise so as per the terms you will receive this prize within 6 weeks of the comp closing date. Thanks so much for taking part x"

and this is the dates "2. Entries will be accepted from Friday 22nd April 12.00pm 2016 through Friday 20th May 12.00pm."

Yes i got one on twiiter, feel bad for asking them so much but if they had only responded in the first place.

If the T&C's effectively said delivery by 1st of July (6 weeks from the closing date), I can see why they wouldn't want to spend time answering questions about it before then.
