Corporation tax is a cost the business must bear, but you would expect the comoany to reasonably reduce this where possible and where it isn't illegal and won't adversely impact other parts of the business.
If you don't make a profit then there's no tax to pay. Perverse world when tax not the underlying business is the key driver.0 -

Often the case though, at least in accounting terms.
Starbucks still seems the most bizarre outcome, avoid tax for many years, get caught out in a PR disaster and then volunteer to pay even more tax than you need to!0 -
