  • Contact Coop, don't bother with Corporate Consortium (CC).

Why, because in my case, they wanted everything in email which they simply pass on to Coop.

So why bother with CC, speak to Coop directly.

But remember, it all depends who you speak to in Coop. It took me 3 attempts, and finally someone who cared helped and after investigating she apologised that it was coop mistake and actually coop owe me money instead of me owing them money.

At CC, I spoke to the rudest man - Don. Remember that name Don (apparently he is the manager).
  • Hey everyone, I hope someone is able to reply fairly soon. Just as the last person posted I've been speaking to Mr Don, who keeps repeating the same information over and over again and not trying to help at all. They are claiming I owe them ~£700 due to overtaken holiday hours. I dont believe that I should have to repay as once I was leaving the job I have not taken more holiday that I was entitled to and all I asked is to be paid out anything that was owed. I was told fine, everything will be done snd I thought that was the end of it. Until I got that letter... Is there any advice you can give me on how to get rid of Capitol Commerical Consortium? What tactic did you use?
    Many thanks in advance
