I'm just wondering, who still enters the ITV orChannel 5 comps?
If you enter, what route do you use and how many entries per comp?
I use the postal route and usually enter 3 times per comp, maybe more if it's a really big prize.

No, I don't.I voted 'no I don't' because this was the closest option. I hardly ever enter, but maybe once or twice a year, I have a spare stamp and decide to enter just the once.0

Via postal 1-3 entriesYes, certainly most of them when big bucks, but only ever send one postcard for each.
Weird how we used to get winners but now get none. I've not seen one for yonks.

As I posted on another threadCouple of reasons apart from there probably being far fewer msers entering
With free web entry there would have been far more free entries than paid ones for each competition, now the figures are almost certainly totally reversed with many people either switching to the paid route or just not bothering and the generally larger prizes also attract more paid entries. So simply because of changes to the ratio of entries the odds are very much against a free entry being picked when previously they favoured it.
Most of their competitions now run for a week or more when at least Real Deal was nearly always daily and the others usually weekly, also some of them have been combined so in total there maybe only a third or less of the number of individual competitions running now compared to the web entry days.
An individual free postal entry has as much chance as a paid one there are just far more paid ones than free ones and far fewer competitions compared to when free web entry was an option.0 -
No, I don't bother anymore, did online route for a few years and not a bean but annoyingly just a few weeks ago my cousin phoned in on a Lorraine Kelly one (which she'd never done before) and won 2 cars, £50,000 and loads of tech gadgets, I was gutted especially as she is minted anyway and has two cars, whereas I am skint single parent with no car... oh well *goes off to sob*0

No, I don't.My response: No I don't
I selected no I don't as I very rarely enter buy text, maybe once or twice a year for the ITV competitions. I sometimes send a second text so I get a 3rd entry free.
I don't think I have ever entered a Channel 5 competition.Thank you to everyone who posts competitions and good luck to everyone who enters.0 -
Via postal 1-3 entriesI enter some of them, but only send 1 postcard.0

Via postal 1-3 entriesI enter 2 or 3 ITV competitions each week, using postcard entry.
As a member of the TNS posting panel, we are paid with a couple of books of first-class postage stamps each month.
I won some National Trust postcards a while ago, and it doesn't cost much to enter.0 -
No, I don't.I voted no, but very very rarely I will send off a single postal entry.
I also still enter the very rare ones that are still run online - I won £1k ASOS vouchers on one of them! yay!Thank you to everyone who posts on the competitions boards. You all rock!0 -
Via postal 1-3 entriesI enter every one, unless I miss it by forgetting to check the postal area.
One entry for me as I strongly believe that it only takes one entry to win and if it's meant to be it will be.
That said I've yet to win oneThanks to all posters :A0 -
Via postal 1-3 entriesI enter most of the ITV comps. I selected by postal but do a bit of both.0
