Prizes will be distributed within 28 days of the competition closing.
1. No purchase necessary.
2. The competition is open to all citizens of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Actavis UK LTD and their families or households are not eligible to enter.
3. Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
The decision of the judges is final and
no correspondence will be entered into.
4. All prizes are non-transferable.
There are no cash or prize alternatives.
5. All out of pocket expenses other than those
specified are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Entries must be submitted via the Sudocrem Facebook page Summer Sports Day Facebook application found here www.facebook.com/Sudocrem.
Users must have submitted their details to the email
form prior to playing – not filling out this form may
jeopardise any prize fulfilment down the line.

6.a. Users can enter once per day for free via the mobile friendly Facebook application and can use that free entry to play any of the available Summer Summer Sports Day games.
The rules for completing each game are outlined within the application instructions screens and these rules are final.
Users must follow the rules for each game to then open
access to the instant prize draw
(one go in the prize draw per successful completion of one game). Once a game is complete,
the user must click the enter prize draw button to see
if they have won a prize.
Each user will have a chance to win any prize from the competition prize pool
(outlined in point 10 of these terms),
at this point.
Prizes are typically awarded at a ratio of 1:6.

For further entries,
the user may participate in the following:
6.b. Inviting a Facebook friend to the application.
This is available to do once per day throughout the competition, and a Facebook user can only invite a particular friend only once.
Users cannot invite the same friend multiple times.
6.c. Entrants can gain an extra entry for following
@Sudocrem on Twitter
(once only throughout the entire competition).
6.d. Entrants can also gain another entry by
tweeting via the application
(available once per day throughout the competition).
6.e. Entrants can gain another entry by
following Sudocrem on Pinterest
using the application (once only throughout the competition).

6.g. Important note:
if an entrant believes they have won a prize,
that entrant must submit information to the application using the submission form for the prize to be correctly awarded.
Any user who does not fill out the detail submission form upon winning the prize will not be entitled to winning a prize
and this will be at Actavis UK Ltd discretion.
We advise that users who win a prize but cannot enter the information required (for whatever reason) should take a screenshot of their winners screen and ID number.
Users who have failed to provide information as to their believed win within 48 hours will not be eligible to claim their prize. Claims must be lodged via a private Facebook
message at www.facebook.com/sudocrem.
6f. In the unlikely event that the prize fund is depleted
before the campaign end date,
the campaign may be ceased early and
access will be stopped.
7. The acceptance, disqualification or deletion of competition entries,
without explanation or prior notification is entirely at the discretion of Actavis UK LTD.
8. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on
Thursday 21st July.
However, as stated in point 6f. the competition may end early, if prizes are depleted.

9. The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity.
10. The prizes available are as follows (subject to availability):

13. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Actavis UK LTD and accordingly Actavis UK LTD may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Actavis UK LTD as a result thereof.
14. By entering the competition it will be assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. When a user first arrives at the application they are asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Users must agree and tick this box to take part. Failure to agree to these Terms will stop a user accessing the competition.
15. Actavis UK LTD reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
16. Actavis UK LTD accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the Prize.
17. The Competition will be governed by UK law.
18. Actavis UK LTD, save to the extent that disclosure may be required by law, keep confidential all information about the entrants and shall not disclose or share any information which they learn about the entrant.
18a. After the completion of the campaign; a winners list will be available upon request. Winners details that will be available are as follows – Winners first name, initial letter of winner’s surname, and county of residence. No further information will be made available.
18b. The winners list will be available upon request for 6 weeks after the completion of the campaign.
19. There is no cash alternative to any prize presented.
