Advice on cleaning leathersofa

We have a cream leather sofa ( bought cheap at the auction), which has become a bit grubby. Does anyone have suggestions for cleaning please?

We clean ours with warm water once a week and clean with a leather cleaning kit followed by cream every six months.

Liquid Leather (Gliptone) do an excellent range of all kinds of leather product, including a colour match for covering damage.

When we first bought from them, they only sold products for cars (Rolls Royce are a customer), but they branched out into furniture, many of the upholstery companies like Frayling (no longer trading) selling the products in smaller , more expensive own brand packaging.

They sell direct (online), but a search will find their products cheaper through other sellers.

Baby wipes and a little moisturising liquid hand soap for cleaning and saddle soap every month or so. Keeps it lovely and supple and no residue gets on your clothes.

I've been using water + white vinegar (one part water, one part vinegar) for a white leather sofa, works great so far

Put this on microfiber cloth and clean gently, then wipe out using dry clean cloth.

Baby wipes work too, but seems to me vinegar is more efficient
