apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this.
I am looking for a calculator which will tell me how paying a lump sum will affect my motrgage eg f I pay in £10000 (ha fat chance) what changes would it make to the monthly payments if the term stayed the same, or what changes would it make to the term if I keep my monthly repayments the same.
Does anyone know of a good online one ?
I found one that shows the effect of a regular monthly overpayment but I only want to pay in a lump sum.
Thanks,
Jill
